8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Cbajivp may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms & conditions violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.

If a permanently closed account holds a remaining balance, cbajivp will make a determination following investigation. Balances may be forfeited in cases involving legal violations.
